Due to the constantly changing age structure of our society, the perspective on the term ‘age’ is also changing. What challenges do artists in the performing arts face in this respect, whether they are at the beginning of a career or established? What is the relationship between age and art? What foundations are necessary to be able to work well in the long term, regardless of age? What structural obstacles need to be overcome and what do solutions look like? The online symposium, to which the artist duo Angie Hiesl + Roland Kaiser cordially invites you, will address these and other questions.

Together with colleagues, producers, lobbyists, representatives of funding institutions and media representatives from the field of the performing arts, a future-oriented discourse will take place in various formats. The results of the symposium will be processed after the event and made available to all participants, interested parties and decision-makers.
