PREMIERE: absence#1.2 – AntiKörper // IPtanz / Ilona Pászthy // 4/3/22 // Barnes Crossing

absence#1.2 – AntiKörper by IPtanz is a walk-in dance installation for audiences aged 13 to 17 about the disappearance, shaping and questioning of the biological body: body can, may, must, will, shouldn’t, will … or is it not?

absence#1.2 – AntiKörper looks at questions of individuality and identity. Two performers, two stage objects, an interactive video installation and the audience allow new images and visions to emerge in each performance. The interactive level is inspired by the principles of games and escape rooms: the audience can influence the further course of the play through their decisions.
