Nothing adds up anymore. Every gesture, every step, every movement feels wrong. Stranger in one’s own skin, stranger in one’s own body. Without us thinking about it, some kind of sixth sense securely guides us humans through the world – we get up, grab the coffee mug, drink. At least as long as the body’s unconscious self-perception within the rooms remains intact.

But suddenly, a rift tears open in this security as we suddenly lose any trust in gesture, step, and movement. Perhaps because we have experienced something disruptive, because we mourn, or because someone left us. We are suddenly no longer at home in our own bodies. In-Side Sense is a furious examination of being a stranger in one’s own body. Nothing adds up anymore.
